Plus, you'll have the opportunity to meet Seth O'Malley, the head distiller, who will be offering tastes of other liqueurs created at Thomas and Sons after dinner.
Thomas and Sons Distillery is as unique as they come! They are a new distilled spirits project from Townshend's Tea Company. It's an entire family of tea liqueurs, Italian amari (bitter liqueurs), and other botanical spirits, all distilled from a fermentation of tea and sugar. AND! They craft everything in-house from scratch ingredients.

Kashmiri Amaro Negroni :: Radish, parmesan, anchovy, bread crumbs, pickled onions, piquillo pepper vinaigrette
Townshend's Fernet :: Porchetta, apricot rhubarb mostarda, creamed chard, snap pea, mint
Smoke Tea Bitter Old Fashioned :: Smoked short ribs, nettle polenta, roasted carrots, orange gremolata
Finished perfectly with our Fresh Bay leaf panna cotta, lemon sherbet, pistachio brittle.
